All of our cannabis products consist of THC in our cannabis flower and products; we do not offer CBD-derived products unless stated otherwise on our product description.

 

We are using a .se domain to ensure our business can maintain its online presence without risking loss of the domain. As our business does not meet the regulations for other top-level domains, this choice allows us to operate effectively while complying with requirements.

If you haven’t received your package within 5 business days, please contact us, and we will follow up with the courier and help resolve any issue.

Yes, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number within 24 hours after your payment is processed. Simply follow the link or search for your tracking #, and you will be able to track your package.

If you haven’t received your order, please contact our support team at [email protected], and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue. If your package was lost or never delivered, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. However, if Royal Mail has delivered the package and it is subsequently stolen, we are not liable for the loss.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please be available when your package arrives. If you’re not home at the time of delivery, you may need to pick up your package at a local post office, unless the courier is instructed to leave it at your door.

Unfortunately, we do not offer collection for orders at this time. All orders must be delivered to your specified address.

You can also receive rewards points by leaving a Review. Take a screenshot of your Google Review and send it to us, and we will add 250 points to your account.

Also, you can receive reward points by leaving product reviews. You will receive 250 points for every product review you make (points are only rewarded if you leave a review on a product you have recently purchased).

You can redeem your points through your account dashboard or by using the reward widget located in the bottom right corner of the site. Simply follow the prompts to apply your points at checkout.
