Holiday Shipping Notice – December Delay Policy

During the December holiday rush, shipping carriers across North America experience a major spike in parcel volume. While many packages still arrive on time, there is a higher likelihood of delays. We’re providing this notice in advance so our customers and supporters know exactly what to expect during this busy period.

Temporary Holiday Policy Update

Original Policy:

Orders are normally delivered within 5 business days from the ship date.

Temporary Holiday Policy (Effective December 1 – December 31):

Due to seasonal carrier delays, delivery times may extend beyond our standard 5 business days.
We will not reconcile, replace, refund, or investigate delayed, lost, or stuck packages until January 5, 2026.
Customers who cannot accept this temporary policy are advised to:
- Order before December, or
- Wait until after the New Year to place their order.

This policy helps us manage high shipping volume and ensures fair and consistent support for all customers.

What Customers Should Expect
